Ingredients
Salad
- 1 bunch of green kale
- 1 chopped granny smith apple
- 1/3 cup Go Raw Organic Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds, Sea Salt
Dressing
- juice of one lemon (about 1/4 cup)
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
*Use all organic ingredients if possible, especially for the kale and apple — these tend to have more pesticides used in farming. The EVOO is OK non organic if it’s single origin.
Instructions
- Rinse kale and apple, pat dry.
- Remove stems from kale and discard. Chop kale leaves into small pieces.
- Quarter and remove cores from apple. Chop into small pieces.
- For the dressing, stir lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper together in a small bowl
- Add salad ingredients to mixing bowl, toss with dressing and serve.
